Biography.
James began playing the piano at the age of four. At an early age he gained personal access to some of the greats in blues and jazz, learning first hand the philosophy and mastery from these master artists. He continued to develop his own compositions and personal style, performing solo and forming bands that have played venues both large (40,000+) and intimate clubs.
His philosophy towards music is simple “ I came from the Beatles generation… where every album was different. I never want any of my records to be the same as the last. Things changes so do I.” A diverse talent in entertainment in his early twenties he worked as vice-president of productions for L&L Productions working as a producer and session player on music, television and film projects along with the development of the then unheard of idea of music videos for broadcast the basis of MTV .
As a trained actor since childhood and SAG member since 1993 James has years of experience in acting for films and television. Applying a wealth of experience of life and a solid mastery of the craft to each charactor he portrays. As a Director he has directed over 10 commercially successful projects. As a Composer he has written the themes for TV shows and numerous films. As a producer for over 20 years he has produced records,TV shows and films.
